Blink Charging has teamed up with Presto to integrate Blink's DC fast-charging network with Presto's fleet-management app, letting drivers locate Blink stations, view live charger status and start charging through a single interface — a move to boost engagement, utilisation and roaming for fleets nationwide.

Blink Charging has announced a strategic collaboration with Presto to integrate Presto’s app and APIs with Blink’s DC fast-charging network. The integration enables fleet drivers, rideshare operators and rental fleets to locate Blink stations, view live charger status and start charging sessions through a single interface, simplifying access to Blink’s fast chargers nationwide.

Presto’s platform serves corporate and delivery fleets across multiple sectors — including e-commerce, rental car, ride-hailing and food delivery — and the partnership aims to boost engagement with Blink’s charging stations, increase charger utilisation and improve the economics of fleet charging. Presto co-founder and CFO JJ Raynor said fleets using Presto can now access Blink chargers nationwide and that Blink site hosts can work with Presto to optimise demand from Presto’s partner fleets. Blink’s CEO and president Mike Battaglia described the move as addressing fleet operators’ need for seamless access to DC fast charging and as a step forward for Blink’s roaming efforts and its EV integration process for businesses.

The Presto collaboration follows other Blink initiatives to streamline roaming and expand fleet-focused capabilities. In June 2025, Blink, WirelessCar and ChargeHub launched a North American Seamless Charging pilot designed to reduce friction for drivers and fleets. After a one-time registration with the ChargeHub app, drivers can plug into Blink chargers and begin charging without managing multiple apps or accounts; the system uses connected-vehicle data and real-time events to notify users when charging starts, removing the need for separate logins or cards. The pilot is intended to improve accessibility, reduce complexity and broaden roaming for drivers, fleets and site hosts across the region.

In July 2025 Blink announced the strategic acquisition of Zemetric, a fleet-focused charging solutions provider. Blink said Zemetric’s interoperable hardware, software and services will strengthen its offerings for fleets, multi-family and high-utilisation destinations, and that Zemetric’s team will join Blink’s organization to bolster Blink’s software, hardware and service capabilities and expand its open-ecosystem ambitions in North America.

Blink’s August 2025 quarterly results highlighted the acquisition of Zemetric and noted its contribution to expanding Blink’s portfolio and capabilities for fleet customers, with the company framing the integration as supporting revenue growth, improving operational efficiency and advancing its strategy to scale and pursue profitability while enhancing fleet-oriented offerings.
